     1.主機(jī)采用變頻電機(jī)，由矢量變頻器實(shí)現(xiàn)閉環(huán)控制，速度正確，低中高速涂膠量均勻。
     2.放卷基才張力選用磁粉制動器控制精度
     3.放卷恒張力控制，加減速張力慣量補(bǔ)償
     4.收卷采用變頻電機(jī)，張力控制
     5.收卷長度或直徑到達(dá)自動停機(jī)
     6.涂膠采用電磁伐針伐，流量計(jì)量泵自動控制，流量可自動調(diào)節(jié)，開機(jī)自動出膠，停機(jī)自動閉膠。
